By creating an account or using any feature of DharmaAstro (collectively, the 'Services'), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

DharmaAstro provides Vedic astrology consultations, kundali generation, kundli matching, daily horoscopes, pooja booking, gemstone and rudraksha sales, and related spiritual products.

Astrological readings and remedial suggestions are provided for guidance and entertainment purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

All consultations and bookings are paid via your DharmaAstro wallet or supported payment methods. Recharges are non-transferable. Service charges, taxes, and platform fees are displayed before confirmation. Once a consultation begins or a pooja is scheduled, deductions from your wallet are processed in real time.

Astrologers are independent professionals verified by DharmaAstro. Both astrologers and users must communicate respectfully. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that engage in abusive language, harassment, fraud, or any unlawful conduct, with no refund of remaining wallet balance in cases of policy violation.

All content on the platform — text, graphics, logos, kundali reports, astrologer profiles, blog articles — is the property of DharmaAstro or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DharmaAstro and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including losses based on advice received from astrologers. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding three months.

The Services are provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of predictions, or specific outcomes from poojas or remedies.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion for violations of these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
